In this role, you will be the lead officer for all aspects of Tenancy Management, safety and maintenance of estates, including the management of tenancy fraud issues and community matters, as well as the operation and promotion of customer care practices and sustainable tenure.
You will support the Estates Management Team Leader and Housing Estates Manager in achieving the council’s priorities and objectives. Taking the lead role in dealing with low level Anti-Social Behaviour and nuisance on the estate.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to make clear decisions under pressure using evidence, sound judgment and experience. You will be someone who works across boundaries, to better understand customer perspective and seeks out customer insight to shape decisions. In addition, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do and embed equality and diversity in all aspects of service delivery. The ideal person would be able to stay calm and focused under pressure and in volatile situations.
Ideally you will be educated to A Level Standard, have an equivalent qualification or the relevant experience. Equally important are the skills you already have and the experience you can bring to the role, alongside your willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands and manage your time.
