DIRECTOR OF HOMES AND NEIGHBOURHOODS

£121,452 (plus 10% car allowance)

Excellent benefits package including 30 days annual leave, SHPS Defined Contribution Pension Scheme and holiday trading.

Are you able to lead, inspire, influence and improve the way housing services are delivered in Plymouth?

Do you have the knowledge to challenge, the experience to influence, the belief to inspire, the tenacity to make a difference and the integrity to do the right thing to improve housing services in Plymouth?

Our next Director will be someone who believes that by working together with tenants we can shape and deliver services that improve performance and add real value to the experience of staff and residents of PCH.

The way you treat people matters to us, the way you behave matters, the example you set matters, the role that housing has in improving lives and communities in our city matters.

And, of course, you need to have significant experience of leading and managing housing services in a large organisation.

PCH is Plymouth’s largest social housing landlord with over 16,000 residential and commercial properties, over 650 members of staff, providing homes to over 35,000 people in the city and beyond.

This is a key leadership role in the organisation, responsible for the delivery of a number of services that have an impact on people’s lives, housing management, asset management, resident engagement, income and leasehold services.

With responsibility for a significant number of staff and a substantial budget, you will need to demonstrate experience at a senior level within a comparable organisation in the housing sector in at least one of these areas.

Your experience and skills are really important, but as important are your values, who you are and how you treat others. If you have this and more, we want to hear from you.
