Experience the extraordinary with a move to Folkestone and Hythe District Council (F&HDC).

Join us at an exciting time and be part of our brand new team as we bring back our Housing Service in-house from the management of East Kent Housing (ALMO).

Our mission is to create an excellent new Housing landlord service – with the tenant at the heart of everything we do.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the design and delivery of a brand new service and also:

 Fast-track your career development by working on a range of unique challenges and opportunities.

 Enjoy the beautiful coastline and countryside of Folkestone and Hythe District, with the creative cosmopolitan town of Folkestone only 54 minutes from Central London by high speed rail.

 Take advantage of a workplace that truly embraces and encourages flexible working to achieve an enviable work/life balance.

We can offer you a chance to thrive, develop and make a lasting impact on Folkestone and its surrounding areas. All the roles are permanent with a competitive salary and include potential opportunities for further training.

The successful post holder will provide a comprehensive housing management service across the district, take ownership of issues relating to the tenants, leaseholders, estates and general housing matters, ensuring a resolution is reached and promote and support initiatives to support community development and cohesion.
