We are looking for someone to take ownership of a demanding mixed tenure patch which has many customers. They will be required to manage a caseload of serious complex ASB cases, prepare and apply to Court. Provide professional and administrative support. Collate and maintain project documents, provides updates to team members on progress and issues
Proactively manage complex and/or serious cases of anti social behaviour, ensuring that case management meets agreed service standards and that robust records of responses, actions and evidence are maintained using ASB IT systems appropriately
You will also need to have experience of working with customers, Partnership agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement a multi-agency problem solving responses to anti-social behaviour, have some experience of tenancy and lease compliance.
Not only do you experience with tenancy and lease compliance you will need to be fully conversant with investigating ASB including domestic abuse and gang activity.
Be able to work in a small dispersed team, but co locate with Housing Management providing expert advice, direction and guidance to Housing Officers on cases managed by them and work with team managers to improve performance within the teams
The successful candidate will also need to show the ability to work with minimal supervision and be Self motivated
This role is for a fixed period of 6 months until March 2021.
As an organisation who has recently gone through a merger you will need to be willing to have your role adapt to new ways of working.
To meet our commitment to providing safe, high quality services to our customers we will complete an enhanced background check with the Disclosure and Barring service, which will include a check of the Adult Barred list, once an offer of employment is made. A new check will be completed every three years.
