To ensure we meet these challenges, we're looking to appoint a Head of Homeownership, with the responsibility of establishing a team with a strong customer focus and expertise in leasehold and asset management to coordinate homeownership services across Clarion.Your team will advocate for homeowners, providing effective and compliant delivery of transactional customer services and ensuring their needs and expectations are understood.

We'll look to you to design and deliver efficient end to end processes aligned to our strategy and operating models which give a great customer experience, whilst providing consistency of approach and delivery across the Group.

Alongside this, you'll provide expert technical advice, support and training to your team and to the wider business in all leasehold and homeownership matters.

Other responsibilities include the following

  • Use data to identify and drive service improvement, maximising opportunities for co-production to increase customer confidence and ensure swift resolution to queries
  • Drive cross team collaboration to ensure service costs are identified, recoverable and charged
  • Ensure that business learning is shared to inform new developments and management arrangements
  • Advise the business on potential shifts in the operating environment and influence the policy debate

You will ideally be MRICS qualified, equipped with extensive demonstrable experience in asset management and have a track record of successful delivery in a regulated environment.

You'll require advanced communication and stakeholder skills in order to work collaboratively to create the future vision for homeowner services, as well as a strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the homeownership market.

If you're a leader with persuasive presentation skills alongside strong interpersonal and organisational skills who is able to confidently make recommendations based upon data driven analysis, then we very much look forward to hearing from you.

In return, we offer a highly competitive salary and car allowance, up to 5% Group Bonus Scheme and other benefits, including a defined contribution pension matched up to 7.5%, and generous life assurance.
