We are looking for a Regeneration Manager to join our Regeneration team at our head office in London. This is a new role created to help develop and shape our social value and impact offer within regeneration projects. Working closely with colleagues around the business, you will support social impact and value activities and policy, with a particular focus on the circular economy, socio-economic added value and health and wellbeing.

You will be part of the Regeneration team helping to develop and shape Clarion's social value / impact offer within regeneration projects and to grow this area of the business within the wider Strategic Asset Management directorate. Working closely with colleagues around the business, you will provide specialist advice and hands-on support to Clarion around social impact and value policy and strategy with a particular focus on:

  • Circular Economy

  • Socio-economic added value

  • Health and Wellbeing

We are looking for an individual with a passion for this subject area and with the following attributes:

  • Extensive knowledge of techniques, frameworks and approaches to measuring, monitoring and creating social value, e.g. social return on investment (SROI)

  • Proven experience of developing social value plans and strategies within projects (preferably regeneration) including, but not limited to:

    • involving residents in driving social value

    • actions around community engagement

    • supply chain diversification

    • engaging suppliers and contractors

    • apprenticeship schemes and local skills development

    • procurement policy

  • Confidence in liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders

  • A creative approach to this issue, helping identify and develop opportunities to work with suppliers, partners and colleagues to maximise social value impact from Clarion's activities

  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, presenting, public speaking and writing

  • An ability to build networks and share knowledge
