You will lead the management and operational delivery of the APH Repairs & Maintenance Service, delivering planned, responsive and cyclical programmes, managing our in-house Estates Team.  You will provide a comprehensive asset and capital repairs and maintenance programme management to APH’s housing stock and tenants.

We are looking for someone with the drive and enthusiasm to use their skills and experience to help us deliver excellent services.  The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within the housing / property maintenance sector for a customer focused organisation, have excellent professional,  interpersonal, administrative and technical experience / skills and be IT literate.
