The role

The social housing functions provided by East Kent Housing are being brought back under the umbrella of Dover District Council, in order to deliver a more responsive and locally focused service.  Housing Development Officer role will be expected to provide a project management role to support the delivery of a programme of DDC led Affordable Housing developments. To act as one of the council’s experts on affordable housing development.

 
What are we looking for?

  •  Experience of project management for the delivery of affordable housing projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of housing development and project management to support the effective delivery of
    affordable housing projects.
  • Qualified to degree level of equivalent (desirable)
  • Qualified to A level or equivalent (essential)
  • GCSE English and Maths grade C or above (essential)
  • Relevant Professional Qualification (desirable)
