Working within the Brunswick neighbourhood, you will be visible to customers, offering assurance to customers by checking security, reporting defects in communal areas, taking action or reporting back as needed on a daily basis and also at weekends on a rotational basis.

You will promote a safe environment by regularly testing lift alarms and reporting issues as necessary and ensure necessary management of communal paladin bins, ensuring timely rotation and regular clearing of communal waste chutes, and ongoing good communication with the Council’s waste collection partner.

The role will involve participation in an out of hours service as required on a rota basis at the weekend.
