We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our brand new, dynamic Leasehold Customer Support Team where you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our 8000 leasehold customers.
You will be responsible for offering a multi-channel service to our customers with telephony, emails and digital services on offer (including live chat). It’s a high paced environment, so, if delivering amazing specialised customer service is your strong point, we would love you to read on…
Working closely with other functions of the business, you will help follow up queries, chase decisions and carry out investigations on behalf of our customers. There will also be a lot of administration responsibilities, so attention to detail is a must!
About our team
There will be five of us in this brand new team helping support each other as well as our customers. Louise, our Leasehold Performance Leader is passionate about getting things right first time for our customers whilst coaching and supporting colleagues to reach brilliant levels of service. She is a keen sea swimmer, cook and home interiors addict.
Working alongside our fantastic team you are super passionate to support our customers and colleagues, providing a brilliant service and being accountable for your daily workload.
Being a confident and enthusiastic communicator with the ability to engage in some challenging conversations, enabling you to achieve and maximise first contact resolution, caring for our customers every step of their journey. With our customers’ needs at the forefront of everything you do, we would love you to share your enthusiasm and ideas to make things even better.
This is a fast-paced environment, so we’d love you to have a keen eye for detail with the ability to multi-task, be committed to learning and developing new skills and processes.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 till 5.30pm however there does need to be some flexibility. As we’re asking you to be flexible for us, we aim to give you the time you need to spend doing the things that matter to you!
