You?ll have overall responsibility for leading the planning and general administration of our repairs and maintenance service. You?ll ensure we meet contractual and SLA obligations whilst delivering our customer promise.

About our team
You?ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about delivering first class maintenance services to customers.
You will have the support of a fantastic management team, our Head of Design and Performance David, who loves the great outdoors and being out on his mountain bike. He also teaches and practices meditation!
You will report to our Maintenance and Contract Manager Matt, who has recently joined Home Group with 14 years? experience of housing and maintenance services, who when not looking after his young family, can be found exercising in the gym or walking around the countryside to tire the little ones out!
You will join a team that doesn?t just love to support our customers, we?re there for each other too!
When you?ll work
It?s the team?s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child?s school play, your partner?s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours!
As an experienced leader you?ll have a track record of working in a fast-paced repairs and maintenance environment, with experience of managing and developing workforce planning systems.
You have experience of processes and sequencing involved in repairs and maintenance activities, including responsive, planned and cyclical work programmes as well as knowledge of trade activities.
You won?t be phased by working in a changing environment and will have a willingness to lead teams through continuous change effectively and positively.
Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment. You?ll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile. So it's really important to us that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!)
You?ll initially be based from home and will move to one of our local regional offices (when we decide to move back to office working) you may need to occasionally travel across our work locations.
