Homes for Lambeth (HfL) is a company wholly owned by Lambeth Council. We are building, for the council, strong and sustainable communities, delivering high-quality homes while also aiming to maximise the number of homes provided at genuinely affordable rents. We work with carefully selected architects and existing residents on the estates to create homes and communities that will thrive for many years to come. Together we will also introduce new liveability commitments to support residents through every phase of the rebuilding of their estate. Homes for Lambeth and the council will work in partnership to deliver an enhanced resident engagement and social investment strategy. This programme is much more than bricks and mortar and represents a major opportunity to invest in community well-being alongside fighting the housing crisis.

As the new Chair, you will provide leadership, support and guidance to Homes for Lambeth whilst continuing the important and close working relationship with the council. You will have a track record in residential property development across the public and private sectors; along with familiarity within local authorities and social housing.  Experience in large-scale public sector regeneration would also be beneficial.
