About the role:

As Treasury Security Analyst, you will support and manage the Group’s property security charging process to maximise the use of the security across the debt portfolio.

What we’re looking for:

  • Graduate level or equivalent experience

  • Experience of property charging and due diligence processes

  • The ability to produce clear and useful formal documentation for use by staff and Board

  • The ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders to prioritise completion of new charging exercises to agreed timescales

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Approachable, flexible and good attention to detail

  • Understanding the principles and practices of equality and diversity

  • Good IT and systems skills including Excel and Word
     

Experience of using Open Housing, Land Registry will be desirable.
