About the role:
As Treasury Security Analyst, you will support and manage the Group’s property security charging process to maximise the use of the security across the debt portfolio.
What we’re looking for:

Graduate level or equivalent experience
-
Experience of property charging and due diligence processes
-
The ability to produce clear and useful formal documentation for use by staff and Board
-
The ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders to prioritise completion of new charging exercises to agreed timescales
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Approachable, flexible and good attention to detail
-
Understanding the principles and practices of equality and diversity
-
Good IT and systems skills including Excel and Word
Experience of using Open Housing, Land Registry will be desirable.
