We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing/property profesional who is skilled in leasehold management.  This is a new role within bpha and a chance to really make your mark!

What you will be doing:

  • Taking responsibility for the delivery of a professional Leaseholder service for all our Leaseholders.
  • Providing proactive communications and information to our Leaseholders on a regular basis.
  • Maximising income collection from Leaseholders.
  • Influencing and developing the service that we provide to ensure that we follow good practice and meet regulatory requirements.

We’d love to meet someone with: 

  • Previous history of leaseholder management and successful service charge collection from leaseholders (including right to buy and shared owners that have staircased to 100% lease).
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and procedures for leaseholder management.
  • An understanding of the service charging setting and collection process for leaseholders.
  • Experience in delivering projects, implementing service changes and improvements.
  • A strategic outlook with a flexible attitude and the ability to motivate yourself and others.
