The role

Do you have experience and knowledge of residential marketing and sales? Can you effectively commission, lead and manage relationships with suppliers?  If YES then Oxford City Homes Ltd (OCHL) is embarking on an ambitious development programme of both private and shared ownership housing in conjunction with its shareholder Oxford City Council (OCC) and you could be part of this exciting opportunity.

We need someone who can help us create and deliver our sales and marketing strategy, maximise values and profits on all new housing schemes, establish and lead a new team and be part of our senior management team.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated individual who wants to be part of this exciting programme.  You will need to possess excellent communication and influencing skills, be analytical and be able to work independently and most importantly be able to deliver results to help make this a success. If this sounds like you then we want to hear from you, please see below on how you can apply.
