Our Kent Learning Disabilities Service is currently looking for a Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Tonbridge.

Clarion is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual to build a career working for one of Europe's largest housing associations. As a Support Worker, you will support and keywork service users to achieve individual goals as set out in each service user's Person Centred Support Plan. Working for Clarion as part of the Kent team you will be delivering exceptional support services to our customers.
