Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Salary £28,500 - £42,850 per annum plus bonus based on achievement of targets

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as Sales Operations Manager where you’ll lead and develop our New Homes Sales Team (NHST) to deliver an outstanding ‘first point of contact’ experience to our customers who are enquiring about buying one of our fabulous new build homes across the UK.  You’ll drive sales by ensuring that every contact (whether through our website, email or phone) is maximised with no sales opportunities missed.

You’ll drive a strong ‘sales through outstanding customer service culture’ within your team, working collaboratively to smash your targets and delight our customers.  You’ll ensure your team are strong product ambassadors by ensuring they maintain an up-to-date expertise on all of our developments, house types and key features. In addition the team also play a valuable role in supporting the important Aftercare service we provide for customers who have just moved into their homes.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join our award winning team (did you know we’re recognised as developing one of the ‘best houses’ at the What House Awards 2018 and 2019?) and work closely with our regional Sales and Aftercare teams who are super passionate about selling our fabulous range of new homes.  Persona Homes is our new build sales brand and you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in selling affordable apartments to family homes, on an outright sale and shared ownership basis. In doing so you’ll be helping hundreds of people get onto and move up the property ladder. How brilliant is that!

You’ll report to Steve our Head of Marketing and Customer Experience. Steve is passionate about marketing and sales and has over 25 years’ experience in the field.

A bit about you

It goes without saying that you’ll have a brilliant track record in contact centre sales management with a passion for new home sales, achieving and smashing sales targets.  You’ll be fantastic at mentoring and coaching a team to deliver excellent customer service, managing inbound communications via telephone, email and web, If you’re a creative thinker, are able to unleash the potential of others and make it a great place to work for our colleagues, then that would be the icing on the cake (or should we say the sold sign on the door!).

To provide a brilliant experience for our customers, you and your team need to be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends.
