We have a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager and are looking for exceptional people to oversee the delivery of a high quality, efficient and compliant estate management service.
You'll ensure that a strong and robust performance management culture and framework is embedded within your teams whilst ensuring external contracts are effectively managed and procured including cleaning, grounds maintenance and parking.
We'll look to you to work with the Senior Operations Manager (Estate Services) to ensure residents are receiving good value for money; this will entail leading your team to deliver on the agreed KPIs in order to improve our services to drive resident satisfaction.
You'll assist the Service Charge Team by providing accurate information about service delivery costs in good time to meet the timescales for producing estimates and actuals.
You'll already be an experienced manager with experience of delivering safe and financially viable services.You'll have a track record of successfully delivery an estate management service in the context of an urban, inner London area with a diverse range of stock and communities, and experience of effectively planning, managing budgets and monitoring financial performance.
To be successful in this role, you'll also need:
- Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of health and safety practices
- Established track record of leading a large team of empowered and engaged staff
- Established track record of delivering results and continuous improvements in service delivery
- Ability to influence and negotiate including supporting the delivery of cultural change
- An understanding of the service charge processes
- Experience of delivering collaborative working relationships with customer and partner groups
- Experience of changing contractual arrangements and bringing services in-house
