We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Development Accountant to join our team in London.

You'll be responsible for the monthly review and reconciliation of Work in progress and Stock project costs. A key part of the role will involve the day-to-day and monthly postings of development accounts including Capitalised interest, Capitalised Salaries and Stock adjustments. You'll prepare monthly development intercompany recharges and produce balance sheet reconciliations for review as directed and to take any follow up actions as requested.

We're looking for a Part-Qualified Accountant with relevant financial accounting experience as well as experience of working in an accounting/finance department or similar environment. You'll have acute attention to detail with strong investigatory skills.

You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. This role will be challenging, as your multiple priorities will change as we operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
