COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR
(Gas & Other Heating, Water and Lifts)
Salary up to Circa £34,000 per annum

We are seeking a motivated, organised and experienced Supervisor with strong communication skills to join our Compliance Team. You will assist the Project Manager by Supervising service and maintenance contracts associated predominantly with gas & other heating, but also water and lift safety. You will be required to liaise with contractors and customers, to oversee work, monitor performance and carry out quality inspections to ensure the services we deliver are effective and provide good value for money. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills are therefore essential.
You will be currently Gas Safe registered and hold the minimum qualifications of CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, MET1. An understanding of I.T. packages such as Excel and Word and a good practical working knowledge of health and safety and landlord compliance, along with strong organisational and problem-solving skills are essential to this role.
