Salary: Reed House - £28,438 to £33,456/ Corsica Street - 31,600 to £37,169 per annum

Location: Reed House or Corsica Street

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed Term Contract until September 2021

We're recruiting a Quality Assurance Systems Officer to join our team in Norwich or Corsica Street on a fixed term basis.

As Quality Assurance Systems Officer you will ensure that all properties and associated assets owned or that Clarion have responsibility for are serviced, inspected or surveyed according to legislative requirements.

Through various methods including sample testing, the review of compliance inspection certificates, and safety checks you will be responsible for ensuring certification is fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements.

We'll look to you to develop, implement and maintain performance tracking systems, techniques and reports to support assurances and concerns regarding compliance quality levels. You'll use your analytical skills to review large sets of data in line with agreed process as well as assist in the production of robust processes to enhance data use and management.

The successful candidate will have experience in analysing large sets of data, creating concise conclusions and or solutions. You'll also have experience undertaking reconciliations between multiple data sources. Advanced excel skills and a basic knowledge of key property compliance requirements are also essential for the role. Knowledge of compliance regulations and documentation requirement would also be beneficial.
