Employee Relations Manager
The Employee Relations Manager is an exciting new role in Plus Dane’s People Team. Reporting to the Director of People, the Employee Relations Manager will play a key senior role within the management team. You will enjoy taking overall responsibility for the delivery of an effective, efficient and best practice HR casework advisory service which meets the needs of the business. The role holder will be responsible for providing expertise and experience in progressing complex casework queries and supporting strategic HR activity for example wellbeing, workforce planning, EDI and organisational structures. With line management responsibility for the Advisory Team made up of 2 People Advisors and 1 Wellbeing Advisor, you will be a great people manager, working collaboratively with your team and providing a point of escalation and guidance.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional, with CIPD qualification or equivalent, able to use that experience and exercise excellent judgement in supporting Plus Dane achieve our social purpose through our people. You will be confident in coaching managers and advising senior stakeholders on a range of areas across the employee lifecycle, helping us to continue to develop a values-led and high performing organisation and importantly, a great place to work.
