We're currently looking for two Assistant Development Managers to be responsible and accountable for the Development Management of residential led and mixed-use developments undertaken by Clarion Housing Group across London and the South of England

We'll look to you to formulate and manage the design development, commercial viability and place creation vision for multiple projects and to be fully responsible for all aspects of this work. One position is to be focused on the regeneration of existing Clarion assets and the other on new assets acquired for the portfolio.

You'll be responsible and accountable for the Development Management of residential led and mixed-use developments (or assisting with) undertaken by Clarion Housing Group and ensure they meet the commercial objectives defined in the relevant approvals / business plan under the supervision of a Senior Development Manager.

Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Development Manager or Development Manager and other functions, the role has a primary focus post site acquisition through to obtaining planning permission. The Assistant Development Manager will undertake certain Development tasks post planning up to start on site.

About you

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of successfully delivering residential and mixed use projects in either the RP or private sector.

You will play a key role in shaping the success of the Development team, ensuring the success of the development projects taking responsibility for all aspects of the development up to planning (inc S.106) and ensuring the performance of the other development functions to realise deliverable schemes in line with the project brief and approvals.
