As Home Ownership Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Association’s home ownership service. Ensuring the effective management of our shared ownership and home ownership (leasehold) properties.
You will lead the Home Ownership Team to ensure that a high quality and value for money service is delivered, which meets the needs and expectations of our residents and is aligned to the most up to date legislative and regulatory requirements.
You will be a dynamic, innovative, and driven leader, with experience of designing and delivering high performing leasehold management services. You will demonstrate a strong collaborative leadership style, with the ability to build effective relationships, both internally and externally. You will also have a thorough understanding of change management and implementing continuous improvement.
