Job Location: Reed House, Norwich

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: 6 month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract


We're looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team in Norwich on a fixed term basis.

We'll look to you to manage a number of cases areas effectively and handle customer contacts related to a variety of tasks so you'll need excellent communication skills to liaise with various internal teams and external agencies. You'll need to participate in active learning and share knowledge to support us in driving continuous improvement in order to meet high levels of performance.

Accuracy and attention to detail are key skills for ensuring processes are actioned to the highest standard and you must be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment whilst effectively managing your own time to complete a varied and challenging workload.

The nature of the teams work areas means that you will need to have a flexible and adaptable approach to manage changing priorities as the business need determines. You'll need confidence to apply sound judgement and decision making skills to take ownership of you work areas.
