Commercial Property Coordinator

This is an exciting new role for a Commercial Property Coordinator, who will be responsible for providing high quality effective administration services to support the effective management of MTVH’s Commercial property portfolio and agreements with managing agents.
As an essential part of the contracts team the Commercial Property Coordinator will be the first point of contact for commercial tenants and leaseholders. Working together, the Commercial Property Manager and the Commercial Property Coordinator will design and coordinate processes and systems to monitor and review agreements, ensuring that agreements in place are robust and deliver best value to MTVH and our customers.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience of managing tenancies, leases or property
Proficient at maintaining databases with customer information
A problem solving approach with experience of using initiative to achieve business benefits
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Ability to interpret complex written and numerical information
Strong organisational skills
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent IT literacy
Flexibility to work in numerous MTVH locations
