West Malling: £22,124 - £26,021 per annum

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We want to hear from you if you have experience in a Customer facing Social Media role.

Our customers are changing the way they engage with us and we're seeing a growth in enquiries being received through our digital channels including social media, live chat and review sites like Trustpilot. If you have proven experience at assisting customers through these channels then we'd love to hear from you.

To be successful at Clarion you'll need to have excellent communication skills, be friendly, supportive and above all focussed on resolving customer's enquiries quickly and effectively.

If you're confident dealing with customer enquiries via the telephone, email, live chat and social media and would enjoy helping us improve and grow our Customer Contact Centre then get in touch.

We're particularly keen to hear from you if you, have proven experience handling customer reviews via Trustpilot, or any other Customer Review platform or you have a background responding to Customer Complaints and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues to successfully resolve customer's enquiries.
