Job Details

Are you an experienced, motivated communications professional, looking for a new challenge and a role where you can really make a difference? We could have the ideal opportunity for you!

As Regeneration Communications Manager, you will work with the Director of Regeneration to deliver external and internal communications strategies for the Regeneration team so that key audiences are kept informed and engaged at all times.

You will be responsible for drafting and agreeing resident and stakeholder engagement strategies for new regeneration projects - working closely with the Director of Strategic Asset Management and Director of Regeneration and Communications team. You'll act as key liaison with the corporate communications team to report on regeneration activities and keep abreast of communications issues across the organisation which may impact upon projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the forward planning of Regeneration communications and marketing activity and provide concise reporting of evaluation and results on a quarterly basis in line with project objectives, to share with the wider organisation

  • Work with colleagues and consultants to prepare, co-ordinate and produce accessible consultation and promotional materials for stakeholders, residents and the wider community, ensuring that they are delivered on time, to a high standard and within budget

  • Manage the Regeneration Engagement Officer ensuring effective delivery of targets and support for personal and professional development

  • In conjunction with the Communications team, you will communicate marketing plans/campaigns across the Group and project team to ensure clear understanding and buy in from key stakeholders

  • Prepare written materials including press releases and statements, e-bulletins, briefing notes and presentation materials in support of communications including the stakeholder engagement strategy, in line with Clarion's overall Communications Strategy

  • Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of digital communications to raise our online profile including by ensuring websites are up to date and regularly reviewed

We're looking for someone who has exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a clear ability to deliver impactful and engaging communications to a variety of colleagues and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of writing/editing; and a clear understanding of engaging 'plain language' communications, this includes tailoring communications for a range of different stakeholders. You'll also have experience of delivering resident consultations in a challenging environment.

Experience of delivering outstanding complex regeneration projects as part of a multidisciplinary team working closely with professional and technical advisors would be ideal but isn't essential.

If you're a strategic thinker with experience of delivering a campaign with a range of different communications channels including PR, digital communications, branding and marketing, we want to hear from you!

In return we offer you a competitive salary and generous benefits package in a supportive environment, with plenty of scope for your career advancement and salary progression.
