Job Location: Haywards Heath, Upton House or Croydon

Hours: 21 hours per week

Contract Type: 9 month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for a Fire and Safety Systems Officer to join our team on a part time basis, working 3 full days, to be worked Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

You'll be an experienced administrator with good analytical and organizational skills, as well as being methodical, numerate and able to present data with a sound knowledge of outlook, excel, word and ERP.

You'll act as the key support to the Health and Safety Team for all data and record management and information retrieval and communication.

Assisting with the management of day to day queries and the implementation of Group wide safety management processes, you'll have effective interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly both internally and externally.

With the ability to follow procedures, and prioritise your own workload you'll assist in updating a variety of internal databases and record management systems, ensure robust audit trails are maintained and respond to queries across the business on a variety of health and safety issues.
