Our Customer Services Team is the first point of contact for many of our Residents and plays a crucial role in helping us to deliver our vision.  We are currently seeking a new Customer Services Advisor on a fixed term contract for 9 months. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Help us give an excellent and comprehensive service to our customers.

  • Deal with all maintenance and responsive repair enquiries.

  • Respond to and manage all front-line telephone calls.

  • Action requests for information and assistance from our residents and contractors.

We’d love to meet someone who:  

  • Has a good level of customer service experience.

  • Is a ‘people person’ with excellent communication skills.

  • Has a clear customer focus and a genuine empathy with others.

  • Can work well remotely in isolation and as part of a team. 

  • Has strong IT skills, specifically using Microsoft Office.

Experience in reporting repairs is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.  Previous contact centre experience would also be advantageous.

 Successful candidate will need to complete a basic DBS application. 

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, this role will initially be home based with the expectation to move back to the office when it is feasible to do so.
