We are looking for a Senior Nursery Nurse (1 post) to join our Health and Wellbeing Team.
Working as part of the May Logan Centre Nursery team you will report to the Assistant Manager and will a lead provision of a high standard of care for children placed in the nursery in a way that meets their personal, social, emotional, communication, language and physical development needs.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the May Logan Centre nursery and for creating an attractive and welcoming environment for children and parents using the nursery. You will be the designated Safeguarding Person and attend any child protection conferences/reviews as necessary.
To be successful you will have previous experience of working within a childcare setting and have knowledge of keyworker systems and record keeping. You will also have experience of working with children with additional needs.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 4 in Childcare or equivalent and will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both children and parents.

The base location for this role is May Logan. However please note that due to Covid-19, we have adapted our working arrangements under government guidelines and Safe Systems of Work.
