The role
Do you have substantial experience of providing effective customer focused services, preferably in a housing, care and support setting?

If so, we may have an excellent opportunity for you!

As part of the Care & Support senior management team you will lead our operations team, including housing management and work to deliver a high quality, proactive service in line with our strategic objectives.

The Head of Operations will be responsible for all housing management, intensive housing management and the effective delivery of all support services in accordance with contract specifications. We have recently undergone a restructure that has amalgamated support and housing functions and you will be responsible for the line management of 5 Operations Managers. You will help grow and develop our support services through successful tenders and business improvement. You will work closely with our Head of Business Development and the Senior Management Team.

You will devise strategies for driving growth across the business with a view of identifying opportunities as a result of sector changes. You will develop partnerships that support our ambitions to be the support provider of choice and be able to work collaboratively with others to respond to needs as and when they arise.

We are looking for a senior management professional who has a proven ability to work as part of a senior management team. You will have knowledge of relevant housing law, procedure and best practice including funding strategies for supported housing. You will have a keen eye for exciting opportunities and help us to identify and secure new revenue and growth in our Care & Support services.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of preparing and delivering persuasive, high quality, written and verbal reports to Group board level and externally.
