Are you looking for an opportunity to join one of the most dynamic teams in the UK's largest Housing Association?
Do you have experience as a project analyst on disposal transactions in the private or public sectors?
We're looking for a dedicated Asset Disposals Analyst to support the Asset Disposals Manager to achieve annual disposal and budgetary targets for an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
We'll look to you to structure, source and analyse internal due diligence data and documents while also coordinating board level or senior management transaction status reports. You'll also plan and co-ordinate customer engagement in each transaction in addition to communications to wider internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be educated to degree level and have experience of project analyst or project management support roles on the delivery of large scale asset disposals in the private sector or stock transfers in the Housing Association sector. You'll need highly developed influencing and communication skills and must be capable of planning and delivering tasks with minimal supervision.
If you have experience of project analyst /project management roles on large scale asset portfolio disposals; creating multiple due diligence data rooms and detailed summary schedules, we want to hear from you.
