10 month fixed-term contract
Hello. We’re RHP. We provide people with a place they’re proud to call home and services that make lives easier. We own and manage 10,000 homes across London and plan to build 1,000 more over the next five year for social rent, shared ownership and the intermediate market. Our people love working for us and we’ve been recognised as an excellent employer through several prestigious awards. We have Investors in People Platinum status and made the top ten of the Great Place to Work list twice over the past five years. We’re curious, always looking to improve things and make them easier for others. And finally, we take our jobs seriously, but never ourselves, injecting fun along the way.
As part of Co-op Homes, you’ll use your housing knowledge and passion for delivering amazing customer service to advise your co-ops and support them to be a great landlord. You’ll be a great team player, looking for innovative ways to modernise our services to drive the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
A typical day for you would include providing housing support to our co-op customers, managing rent arrears, resolving neighbour disputes and managing the end of tenancies. You’ll manage complex cases, attend management committee meetings, monitor the progress of major repairs, write performance reports, and prepare court papers.
You’ll have experience of providing advice and support to customers on all aspects of housing and working autonomously as you’ll need to effectively manage your time between co-ops, juggle multiple tasks at once and be willing to work at some of our dispersed offices. Your ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally coupled with your excellent organisational skills will help you build a great working relationship with the co-ops you manage and promote Co-op Homes as an excellent provider of management services.
When we're hiring, we look for people who share our values.
- We’re real, being open and honest about what we can and can’t do. We’re authentic and show we care. We take our jobs seriously but never ourselves.
- We’re easy to do business with. That means being clear, knowledgeable and friendly. keeping people updated at every step.
- We’re purposeful: we go after what counts and love working together to make great things happen.

Who we are
Hello. We’re RHP. Our purpose is to provide safe, secure, affordable homes – opening the door to life opportunities. We own and manage around 10,000 homes for social rent and shared ownership, and plan to build many more over the next five years.
We were formed in 2000, and over the years have gradually extended our reach. Today we’re proud to operate across the boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, Ealing, and Hillingdon.
For the past twenty years, we’ve been passionate about providing excellent service and our vision has remained the same: to be one of the best service providers in the UK and an excellent employer.
Our employees love working for us, and we’ve been recognised as an excellent employer through several prestigious awards, achieving Investors in People Platinum status and ranking in the top ten of the Great Place to Work list twice.
