In order to achieve our mission and purpose, we are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, passionate and dedicated development professionals to join us on our journey.

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee and integrate the Group's Project Management (pre-construction activities),Design Management and Cost Planning activities. You'll be responsible for design & technical consulting, management of commercial appraisals and for ensuring the pre-construction build-ability necessary to convert a development brief into a design and de-risked solution that can be guaranteed and delivered by our contractors.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Project Management; this role is also the bridge between Regional Director of Project Management and the Project Managers/Assistant Project Managers. The candidate will be able to step in and assist the Regional Director to carry out management duties, have a view on strategic goals and will be able to deputize for the directors.

We're looking for someone with a contractor, developer, residential background with solid experience of leading general project pre-construction activities or a significant part of them across a variety of procurement types with scheme values averaging £50m, up to £200m. You'll need already have significant experience in commercial procurement, contract and supply chain and 3rd party management as well as experience of managing both internal and external teams, contractors and stakeholders. A development/construction qualification and being a member of a relevant chartered institute would also be preferable.
