Our development business has a pipeline of 16,000 new homes in the development programme. We operate across all tenures of residential build ranging from affordable, BTR and private sale undertaking mixed use projects in excess of over a £1bn.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and professional Project Manager to oversee and integrate the Group's Project Management (pre-construction activities),Design Management and Cost Planning activities. You'll be responsible for design & technical consulting, management of commercial appraisals and for ensuring the pre-construction build-ability necessary to convert a development brief into a design and de-risked solution that can be guaranteed and delivered by our contractors.

The role represents the glue between the Development process and the Construction process and is critical in the success of our development ambitions. The candidate will have extensive property development experience and could be from Client, consultancy or a contractor background. Experience of medium to large scale residential projects is essential. We expect the candidate to have already obtained appropriate development/construction qualifications and being a member of a relevant chartered institute is preferable.
