Job Title: Contracts and Commercial Manager
Post Reference Number: 011683
Working Hours: 37 a week
Grade: 9 from £42,281 - £44,863 (pro rata for ours worked)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Stevenage
The purpose of the role is to ensure all commercial issues associated with running a building maintenance contractor are actively managed. This includes procurement and financial management of sub-contractors and other suppliers.
The role is expected achieve high levels of productivity, cost effectiveness and quality, ensuring maximum performance in accordance with the standards and policies of Stevenage Borough Council.
We are looking for a person who is customer centric and has a dynamic and proactive (flexible, agile and SMART) approach to delivering services.
