By 2040 Clarion will be the undisputed leading housing group for good quality, fit for purpose, well managed and sustainable private rent homes.

We're looking for a Head of Product Development & Specification Compliance to deliver our product development strategy, lead design and technical management and, support project management by providing commercial support for new build or S106 transactions.

As a senior member of the Design, Technical and Innovation team, you'll help to ensure Clarion's design and asset management requirements are defined and enshrined within key briefing documentation, liaising with the Development and Asset Management businesses, whilst having an oversight of the entire development process to help the transition from land acquisition to project handover.

You will liaise with the other function leads within the Design Technical and Innovation team, as well as team members within the Development business to ensure Clarion's priorities and objectives are achieved, projects are competitive and financial returns are maximised.
