We are looking for an ambitious, strategic and performance-driven manager to lead multiple teams in our Property Services Division.  You will be a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a dynamic and effective leader.  We own and manage 6,000 homes across West Lancashire and also manage and maintain numerous Council buildings and structures.  It is important you work collaboratively both internally with colleagues and externally with partners and contractors to deliver excellent services to our customers and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in compliance is essential to ensure we meet our legal and regulatory requirements.
