Working alongside the Compliance Manager you will play an integral part of the Property Compliance Team ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all areas.  You will have responsibility to manage contractors and consultants carrying out statutory assessments and associated works, whilst also providing colleagues and stakeholders the technical expertise to ensure we continue to deliver an effective compliance service.
