As part of our newly formed Estates and Corporate Landlord function, the Facilities and Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in providing a customer focussed building management, compliance and property information service across all of the Council’s buildings and assets.
Leading the Facilities Management Team, this role will involve working closely with managers and business leads across departmental boundaries, developing strong relationships with services across the council an external organisations.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative individual with strong inter-personal skills and a track record of successful facilities and compliance management within a similar environment.
