Salary: Corsica Street - £26,939 to £31,692/ West Malling - £25,592 to £30,101 per annum

Job Location: Corsica Street or West Malling

Hours: 36 per week

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Contract Support Officer to join the Property Services team in London or West Malling.

As a key member of the Strategic Repairs Team, you'll help develop the Contract Support Team and to build a consistent culture across all parts of the team. You'll work with the Contract Support Manager and other teams to update and circulate relevant policies and procedures, and update associated documents as part of the regular review process.

Other key responsibilities will include:-

  • Supporting the contract teams to produce all necessary contract documentation (including Contract Management Plans, final accounts, insurances, contract minutes) and ensure these are monitored, tracked and maintained throughout the life of the contract.
  • Collating and preparing any documentation required for internal or external audits.
  • Organising and administrating the regular sequence of liaison meetings for Contact Centre/Contractors, M&E/Clarion Response, Planned Maintenance/M&E and deputise for managers in chairing these meetings when required.
  • Leading the annual programme of Property Engagement Group resident meetings and any related scrutiny projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel with the proven ability to manipulate, interrogate and present large sets of data, and experience of designing, recording and adhering to clear policies and procedures. We're looking for someone who has experience in an administration and/or working in a project team role within a property services or asset management area in a large Housing Association.

Confident and resilient, you'll have a sound understanding of the social housing environment, including regulation and emerging government policy
