We have a number of exciting opportunities to join Sheffield as a Service Manager in the Housing & Neighbourhood Service managing our 39, 000 council homes and an ever growing private rented sector market.
We are looking for:
- Operational managers with a proven track record on excellent performance and outcomes who support and deliver continual improvement, innovation and transformational change.
- Effective communicators and Leaders who can deliver operational strategy to align with political direction and strategy
- Listeners to continually seek feedback from residents and partners to improve performance and services that meet expectation
People who can develop alliances and engage with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes for the residents of Sheffield and are commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Following shortlisting there will be a 2-stage selection process. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted week commencing 4th January 2021 to confirm the process. The first stage will be an assessment centre week commencing 11th January 2021. Those who successfully complete the assessment centre will then be invited to a final interview between 18th and 30th January 2021. This will be done over video.
