We are currently looking for a Technical and Project Manager to join us on a full-time basis.

The Role

As the Technical and Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex planned maintenance projects, from inception to completion.

In this important role, you will provide extensive technical support across the company, as well as providing technical advice on new and existing stock.

You will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders and provide clear lines of communication at all times. Commanding the respect of colleagues and contractors, you will seek to motivate and support them to perform at their best.

About You

To join us as a Technical and Project Manager, you will need:

- Extensive knowledge and an understanding of construction methodology and building regulations
- An understanding of the building industry in general, as well as planning processes, contract law and viability principles
- The ability to motivate and lead staff
- To be confident in dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- The willingness to travel and occasionally work unsociable hours
