Landlord Services are currently seeking to recruit within the Repairs and Investment Section, a key role in the delivery and management of a first-class service to our customers in Charnwood’s housing stock of over 5700 properties. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our highly skilled team to support all aspects of programme delivery.£32,910 to £35,745 per annum plus Essential Car User allowance

Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will play a lead role in the successful management of our gas and other fuel servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation contracts, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and current gas regulations to both domestic and commercial installations. You will also manage other projects such as legionella monitoring and fire risk assessment works.

With the ability to successfully work in partnership, you will ensure that our tenants’ objectives around high quality, communication, and customer care are met.  You will ensure that programmes are delivered in line with agreed budgets, and that key performance indicators are met. 

The role requires the candidates to demonstrate substantial experience and knowledge of the current gas safety (Installation and use Regulations) and preferably hold an appropriate gas qualification or an HNC in Building Studies or equivalent qualification as set out in the person specification.  

The post holder must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle to undertake site visits.
