Hexagon Housing Association is an organisation in pursuit of excellence at all levels including our core housing management services. We provide housing management services to around 4,500 households in South East London and our key corporate priority is to put residents and service users at the heart of everything we do.

Housing Services Director – circa £84,000 pa (with the opportunity to progress to £93,498 via performance related increases)

This post offers an exciting and rewarding opportunity. We are looking for a customer-focused leader with a high level of drive determination to achieve excellence in all our housing management services. You will bring creativity and flair to your job, and you will be an inspirational leader to your team, inspiring them to deliver amazing customer service.  

The key objective is to deliver a housing management service which results in high levels of customer satisfaction.  Strong and effective budgetary control will also be central to your work, including delivering an efficient and effective rent collection service. Your strong strategic thinking skills will inform your focus on value for money and efficiency

Hexagon is a “people business” so you will also ensure we complement our core housing management services with innovative and effective community investment activities (i.e. employment training and financial inclusion work). You will also provide a strong lead for our resident involvement activities; empowering our residents to help us develop resident centred policy and strategy to drive excellence in service delivery.

In addition to providing inspirational leadership to your teams, you will be a member of Hexagon’s Executive Directors Group, and you will work closely with our Board members to ensure we achieve our corporate objectives.
