Role Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Delivery Manager to join our team in London or Milton Keynes on a Permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Development Delivery (South) or a Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of up to 300 units under the Partnership’s ambitious programme. This will include the delivery of high-quality new builds, refurbishment sand regeneration schemes in the South East & London.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone passionate about development with a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of project management in a residential development or a regeneration environment. You’ll have the ability to manage all stages of the delivery process including procurement, contract and programme management, handover and post completion. You’ll have a proven ability in risk management and financial control.  You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience of working within development or regeneration project teams to deliver housing projects.
  • Proven track record in project management and negotiation.
  • Up to date practical knowledge of housing development and associated procurement and construction practices.
  • Good housing market and commercial knowledge.
  • Knowledge/awareness of Health & Safety and Fire Safety legislation and policy.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and control expenditure.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Member of relevant professional body e.g. CIOB, RIBA or RICS
