Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Head of Repairs & Maintenance to lead a transformative programme to maintain and improve the standard of the homes we provide to vulnerable young people. We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.

Together with our partners, we support thousands of homeless young people each year.  It will be your role to ensure that not only is that home in good condition and well-maintained, but also that it provides a psychologically-informed environment which a young person can use as a springboard to go on to live an independent and fulfilling life.

What you’ll be doing…

• Managing our property team
• Running an excellent responsive repairs service supporting over 1,000 units for young people in London, Manchester, Barnsley, Bradford and Sunderland
• Rolling out a cyclical maintenance programme across our housing stock
• Driving excellent performance standards across our housing portfolio
• Operating as a senior leader within our support & housing services for vulnerable people.
