Head of Housing

Salary: Earning potential up to £54,500

35 hour per week

We are looking for an inspirational housing professional and champion for customers to lead our housing and support teams reporting directly to the Director of Housing Services.

Are you looking for a challenging, exciting, dynamic role with the opportunity to inspire a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience? Are you up for shaping a range of housing activities into a modern, seamless and customer focussed service offer? Can you work collaboratively with customers, colleagues, and partners to make a positive impact on our services and, as a result, improve the lives of many people?

Our Housing Team has recently invested in significant change to improve the way we deliver our housing services by moving to community-based teams. To help us fully achieve our ambitions and outcomes we are now looking for a dynamic leader who can harness the enthusiasm of our teams, learns quickly with a growth mindset, with a proven track record of creating an engaging, fun, and productive culture.  We want you to be our customers’ champion, focussed on their needs and priorities to make a real and lasting difference to their lives.

We are innovators with a culture of fast pace, a quick change world where you need to juggle many balls and change direction at short notice. If you thrive in that environment you may be the right person to lead our team and we’d love to hear from you.

If you have the experience, attitude, leadership skills and knowledge we are seeking, with a strong focus on outcomes, and most importantly the enthusiasm and passion for this role, then get in touch and explore this opportunity further.

The post holder will report directly to the Director of Housing Services and work closely with other Heads of Service to implement the Management Committee’s vision to Create Great Places to Live.

Loreburn is developing an agile workforce and dynamic team culture, which means we work when the customers need us to and allows our people to have a good work-life balance.

Please note you will be expected to complete a personality profile if you are shortlisted, which must be completed before the interview.
