About the role

  • You will develop, deliver and monitor a coordinated and consistent approach to the delivery of Tenancy Management

About you

  • We are looking for someone with the ability to make a difference, who is passionate about making positive impacts on people’s lives and celebrating successes.

  • You will need to have experience in a similar role dealing with arrears and enforcement and have excellent knowledge of Tenancy Management processes in Social Housing.

  • You will be educated to A Level with relevant degree or /or significant experience of working in a housing setting.

  • Desirably you will have achieved Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 5 Diploma in Housing
